AT THE CROSS, ALL MEN ARE BUT FALSE

It’s easy to think you are true when the standard is you. Yet the truth is this, that all men are but false when the standard is the cross. You see, "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God," and it is at the cross of Jesus Christ where the playing field is leveled and man is either buried in his sin or salvaged by the Son. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).
