The greatest form of freedom is forgiveness. You may have to give it or you may have to receive it. But either way, we all absolutely need it. Conversely, the person who says, "I cannot forgive," will not be forgiven. "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32).

"The cross has spoken, I am forgiven." God not only gave us forgiveness--(and if that wasn't enough)--He also wrapped us in His righteousness. And if that wasn't enough, He then gave us His very Holy Spirit presence. And if that isn't enough to know He is good, then I don't know what is. "And when you believed in Christ, He identified you as His own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom He promised long ago" (Ephesians 1:13).
