Everyone loves the gift of forgiveness until a situation requires them to give forgiveness. Yet, the power behind why we forgive is derived in the fact that the Lord has forgiven us. "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32).
