SPIRITUAL AWAKENINGS AND PROCLAIMING GOD'S WORD

Spiritual awakenings aren’t birthed in presumption of God’s work but proclamation of God’s Word. In other words, there has never been a great awakening without a rude awakening which caused the Church to radically return to the Lord and His Word. Thus, let us not presume we can expect God to work unless we are those proclaiming God's unchanging Word. "For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord" (Psalm 33:4-5)
