THE FIRST QUESTION IN THE BIBLE--HAS GOD INDEED SAID?

Did you know that the first question in the Bible isn’t asked with curiosity for the answer, but with hostility toward the Author? “Has God indeed said?” is the serpent’s lie, challenging the authority of God’s Word. And if we don’t know what God has said indeed, we will fall for the lie of "has God indeed said?" You see, the enemy’s aim is always to turn the Bible on its head, distorting truth wherever he strikes. Thus, let us guard against the serpent’s lies by standing firm in God’s Word. “Let God be true and every man a liar” (Romans 3:4).
