HUMILITY is ALWAYS the ANSWER

I guess I will always need fuel to feed the flame of my pen. I was never at a loss for words while in prison, due to the nature of constant chaos that God allowed me to filter into countless writings, day by day for almost 5 years. Now out, I find myself really racking my brain for my next blog, column, or “daily inspiration.”But in this very moment, I tell you the truth, my thoughts are fluid and running out of my fingers onto the very screen that displays them. You see, there is never a fire without a spark, nor is light ever seen most clearly without what’s dark.  And though I’d love to tell you exactly what has produced these thoughts, just know that irritation–wherever it comes from--doesn’t have to be repeated, but it can still be used for a pearl to be created.Goodness gracious! Please allow me to change directions, like the way a river splits to keep from going up a polluted creek, lest I share too much of what God doesn’t want me to speak.Anyway, I know what God has called me to do, and I refuse to let any man or situation to keep me from doing this.  Actually, the more anything tries to come up against Gods plans, the more God makes much of Himself through that woman or man. It’s hard to get this situation out of my mind, maybe because I was blind- sided.  However, I will go on in spite of the situation because that’s exactly what Jesus would do—and it’s His lesson on life that I’m committed to pursue.Thus I know this much--and that’s how humility is always the best answer to life’s problems and predicaments, against any adversity.  Yep, Jesus lived out exactly what He said, always doing exactly what a great leader would do and that is the example I choose to emulate.
