When the world roars, the Shepherd whispers. Still waters aren’t just peaceful—they’re powerful. Stillness is where the Shepherd restores what noise has stolen. In the quiet, He calms the chaos within so we can hear His voice again. “He leads me beside still waters” (Psalm 23:2).

You don’t need to know the way when you trust the One who does. Sheep don’t chart their own course—they follow the Shepherd, step by step. When the Lord is your Shepherd, you’re not chasing control, you’re resting in His care. That’s why David could say, “I shall not want”—because the Shepherd never leads without providing. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1).

You were formed by the Potter, not for decoration, but for demonstration — to reflect His glory and carry His purpose. Again, God shapes and sanctifies you, not to be seen, but to be used. "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10).

The Bible doesn’t just fill your mind, it forms your walk. Exercising yourself toward godliness means learning to live like Jesus, not just learning about Jesus. It’s the daily training of the heart, where truth isn’t just known but applied--producing a life that reflects His character. “But reject profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness" (1 Timothy 4:7).

The resurrection didn’t stop at the tomb, and neither does the Church. The same power that raised Jesus now sends us with His message: hope, healing, and new life for all who come to the risen Lord. From the tomb to the world, His redemptive story continues; and we are part of it. "You will be My witnesses… to the end of the earth" (Acts 1:8).

Sound doctrine doesn’t tickle the ear — it scratches the heart. It’s not circular like “love is love”; it draws a straight line to the Lord. For example, God is love, which means it’s God’s love — He designed it, so He defines it. “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers" (2 Timothy 4:3).
