When we guard the truth, the truth guards us. In a world filled with distractions and deceptions, our commitment to God's Word acts as both a shield and a sword, defending us against lies and guiding us into righteousness. "O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge—by professing it some have strayed concerning the faith. Grace be with you. Amen." (1 Timothy 6:20-21)

Knowledge that is "progressively" redefined leads to a reprobate mind. It's a virus that infects how we think and live. When truth becomes fluid, morality crumbles. Thus, as the world shifts, Christians must stay rooted in God's unchanging Word or risk falling into confusion. Don’t let moral compromise cloud your judgment or weaken your witness. "Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened" (Romans 1:21).

Evil people hate the gospel. They hate the Bible. And if evil people find themselves in government, they will do everything in their power to persecute God’s people. And unless the church wakes up to the present deception, she will be awakened by future persecution. "Therefore He says: 'Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.'" (Ephesians 5:14)

In a world that defrauds the truth, our role as Christians is to defend and define the truth. And that is why we need to be those who rightly handle the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15), under the inspiration of the Spirit of truth (John 16:13), always pointing to the Lord of truth (John 14:6), and standing firm as the church, the pillar and ground of truth (1 Timothy 3:15).

The five words that should never come out of the Christians mouth: "they got what they deserved!" You see, if we all received what we deserved, hell would be the punishment we incurred. However, God came down, not on us with punishment, but to us with forgiveness. He gave us what we did not deserve, that we would take His grace to a dying world. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).

We live in a time where society often chooses Barabbas over Jesus, elevating what is wrong and rejecting what is righteous. The world praises what is sinful, selfish, and corrupt, while ignoring or outright opposing the truth found in Christ. Thus, choosing Barabbas over Jesus has...
