If you allow the Word of God to transform your thinking, you are allowing the God of the Word to transform your life. You see, your life will follow your thoughts. "Keep your heart [thoughts] with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life" (Proverbs 4:23).

The Sword of the Lord brings to nothing those that think they are something. "A sword is against the soothsayers, and they will be fools. A sword is against her mighty men, and they will be dismayed" (Jeremiah 50:56).

We cannot say God is not speaking when our Bible is not open. You see, a closed Bible leads to a heart closed off from the Lord. And "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" (Romans 10:17).

Sin may have deformed us, but the Son of God came to transform us. The god of this world may propagate lies, but the Word of God propagates truth. The spirit of antichrist may attempt to seduce us, but the Spirit of Christ sustains us. The lust of the world may...

A humble heart creates a hungry ear. And when your ear is faithful to the Word, your life will be fruitful unto the Lord. "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17).
